Electrical Engineer - This position and functional duties are to support the core operations through assistance in maintenance, preventative maintenance and continuous improvements to the assets.  Additionally, the electrical engineer will build capability in the maintenance department and operations with respect to technical aspects of the assets.

Mechanical Engineer – This position assists in the improvement of the converting plant through projects, training, design and research. The Manufacturing Engineer champions capital improvement projects and represents Tufco on manufacturing projects including, but not limited to vendor site and Tufco site validation, and engineering management.

Buyer - Analyze, negotiate and purchase various materials and services supporting operations following accepted purchasing ethics and practices, Tufco guiding principles and SOP work instructions.

Machine Operator - Machine operators are responsible for the operating of converting and packaging equipment. They work within a team to produce products and quality at or above quality expectations driven by work orders and product specifications. They adjust equipment as needed to respond to feedback provided by the line quality technician present on the production line. The operators will also use a mechanical aptitude to assist in planned maintenance events as well as support R&D on new internal and external driven projects within Tufco.

Quality Engineer - The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, implement, improve, and sustain Tufco quality policies and procedures. This role is to serve as an internal quality expert and resource to all departments within Tufco.

Microbiology Technicians - The primary responsibility of this position is to complete daily microbiological, analytical and sensory testing of environmental samples, finish products and solutions needed for release.

Maintenance Mechanics - Position requires the knowledge and ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain production, manufacturing, and building and support equipment. 

Electrician - Will safely and efficiently perform electrical and mechanical work required to troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain electrical systems/equipment.

E & I Technicians – This position and functional duties are to support the core operations through assistance in maintenance, preventative maintenance and continuous improvements to the assets.  Additionally, the E&I engineer will build capability in the maintenance department and operations with respect to technical aspects of the assets.
