Membership Benefits

A large segment of manufacturers throughout northeast Wisconsin is growing more concerned about the lack of skilled manufacturing workers. As baby boomers retire, there are fewer and fewer people entering the manufacturing field to replace these workers. How can our companies continue to prosper if they do not have the workforce they need? The Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance is a group of manufacturers working with educational institutions, workforce development boards, chambers of commerce, and state organizations to promote manufacturing in our 18-county region. The benefits of joining the NEW Manufacturing Alliance include the following.
