Contract Converting of Greenville, WI is hiring for a Crew Member. Come work for us and experience a work environment designed around teamwork and a hard work ethic. Hourly starting pay is $15.12, with potential of quick advancement to full-time employment. As a crew member of a machine, you will be responsible to work safely while under the direction of the machine operator and operate assisted-lift devices. This position requires mastering both the shafter and packager duties. These duties are critical to operating a machine effectively while manufacturing finished product for our customers. Other duties may be required.
