Fincantieri Ace Marine is a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled aluminum construction facility in Green Bay.
Fabricator II – 1st shift: The Fabricator II assembles and welds structural aluminum components using technical drawings and approved procedures in a climate-controlled aluminum manufacturing facility. This role requires precision, proper equipment setup, and a strong understanding of aluminum welding techniques to produce high-quality marine modules in a modern manufacturing facility.
Duties:
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to plan and assemble aluminum weldments
• Fit and weld aluminum components to close tolerances (FCAW)
• Cut, position, and secure materials using hand and powered tools
• Perform welding in flat, vertical and overhead positions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4–5 years of welding/fabrication experience (aluminum preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools
