Director of Business Development: We are seeking a self-driven, relationship‑focused business development professional to join our team of production and packaging experts. This is a sales-first leadership role and the ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing sales or business development and demonstrate a results‑oriented approach to identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities that align with our production and packaging capabilities, while supporting and understanding the purpose of aligning with Curative Connections, our mission-based, non-profit partner.

Essential Job Functions Include:

  • Handle all sales functions and proactively identify and pursue new customers, markets and business opportunities to drive new annual revenue growth and diversify our customer portfolio.
  • Grow customer base to achieve growth in new customer business within the first year.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, industry events and market research to uncover emerging opportunities.
  • Assist the VP of ProSolutions in the development of corporate and individual sales goals, targets and budgets to maintain customer account profit levels.
  • Report to VP of ProSolutions and President/CEO weekly sales activity and monthly forecasts with expected business to close within targeted time frames to achieve annual sales goals.
  • Partner closely with operations, planning and administration teams to ensure proper costing, seamless project execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Present to Board of Directors and leadership as requested on metrics and success achieved.

Hours: Full time – Onsite and Travel

Compensation:

  • $55,000 – $70,000 Base Salary (Experience Dependent)
  • Commission paid on new sales
  • Projected Annual Earnings: $85,000 – $110,000 based on performance

Quality Assurance Technician-2nd shift: This position is responsible for the daily execution of assigned processes used for customers’ quality requirements.

  • Maintain contact as needed with internal resources to ensure that all necessary Quality Assurance processes are in place to meet scheduled production requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity of materials and products used in production and exercise control over their receipt, storage, release, movement and usage to include regularly scheduled inspections and counts; reconciliation of errors; Quality Assurance documentation of material/product receipt, release and shipment.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the production and logistics schedule throughout the shift to ensure the proper flow of QA systems and documentation, calculate and if necessary make needed adjustments and ensure the proper and timely communication of updates to all stakeholders.
  • Accept assignments to support operational functions in planning, inventory, shipping & receiving or direct production as needed.
  • Starting pay is $18 (based on experience)
