Currently hiring for:

CNC Machinist

You’ll be hands-on with a wide range of custom plastic components, using your expertise to bring challenging designs to life:

    • Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes, CNC vertical mills, and gantry routers
    • Build and optimize toolpaths using Autodesk Fusion (CAD/CAM)
    • Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and customer drawings
    • Select tooling, speeds, and feeds tailored for plastic machining
    • Perform precision measurements and in‑process quality checks
    • Troubleshoot Machining Challenges and fine‑tune programs or setups
    • Support estimating by evaluating part complexity, machining time, and material needs
    • Collaborate with leadership on manufacturability and quoting
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Bring

Required:

    • Strong CNC experience (lathes + vertical mills)
    • Proficiency with Autodesk Fusion for CAD/CAM
    • Experience with gantry routers
    • Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD files
    • Solid understanding of G‑code and machining workflows
    • Mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and a sharp eye for detail

Preferred:

    • Experience machining plastics or composites
    • Background in short‑run, prototype, or custom manufacturing
    • Exposure to estimating or quoting
