Fincantieri Marinette Marine is hiring a 1st‑shift Electrical Foreman to help lead the skilled men and women who build the ships that support and defend our nation. This role oversees electrical work across new construction and repair projects and plays a direct part in keeping America’s shipbuilding strength moving forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily electrical work across multiple ship projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams
  • Plan and execute pulling, terminating, and testing of shipboard systems
  • Oversee installation of power distribution, lighting, controllers, and PLCs
  • Manage scheduling, overtime, and a crew of up to 35 employees
  • Promote safety, quality, and accountability on every job

What You Bring

  • Minimum two years of electrical experience; leadership preferred

We’re hiring a QA/ISO Manager at our Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding location, to lead quality excellence across high‑visibility shipbuilding programs.

  • Lead and evolve FMG’s Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Oversee ISO compliance, internal audits, inspections, and corrective actions
  • Partner with engineering, production, and regulatory agencies to ensure quality at every stage

What You Bring

  • Strong background in QMS, ISO standards, auditing, and regulatory compliance

Shipfitter | Marinette, WI

Fincantieri Marinette Marine is seeking skilled Shipfitters to support new U.S. Navy ship construction at our Marinette shipyard.

In this role, you’ll fit, align, and assemble the steel structures that form the backbone of each vessel – work that directly supports the ships protecting our nation.

What You’ll Do

  • Fit and assemble structural components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Prep materials through cutting, grinding, and layout
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, and safety

What You Bring

  • Experience in structural fitting or fabrication
  • Ability to read shipbuilding drawings
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

Senior accountant in finance: Position provides lead accounting support to the corporate office in Green Bay and its operations / shipyard located in Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay. Electrical foreman: Fincantieri Marine Group is seeking an experienced electrical foreman to lead a skilled team supporting new ship construction for the U.S. Navy at our Marinette shipyard. 

What you’ll lead:

  • Installation, testing and troubleshooting of shipboard electrical systems
  • Planning work sequences, materials and manpower
  • Interpreting blueprints, diagrams and engineering drawings
  • Ensuring safety, quality and accountability across your team

What you bring:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years electrical experience and 2+ years leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and standards (ABS, USCG, NEC, IEEE 45)
  • Ability to work in shipyard environments, including confined spaces and varying weather
  • OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)

Pipefitters: FMG is seeking experienced pipefitters to support installation, repair, and fabrication of critical piping systems on vessels in Marinette. This role is hands-on, fast‑paced, and essential to maintaining high standards in the marine industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working on fire main, fuel oil, hydraulic, compressed air and other shipboard systems
  • Pipe fabrication, fit-up and installation
  • Reading and interpreting drawings
  • Performing work in accordance with Navy and ABS standards

Qualifications:

  • Marine pipefitting or related trade experience
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications
  • Comfortable working in shipyard environments, including confined spaces and at heights
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
