Maintenance Technician I (Jackson Plant)
- This hands-on role supports the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment, with a strong focus on maximizing uptime and supporting production needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and complete electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, automation initiatives, facility improvements, and continuous improvement projects.
- Ideal candidates are self-motivated problem solvers with 3–5 years of related experience; an associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technologies or a similar field is preferred.
