VPI, Inc. is recruiting for an IPS Employment Specialist in Outagamie County. This is a great opportunity to be part of VPI’s dynamic IPS team and help individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders find and maintain employment – a critical component to recovery! This is a great position that really lets a person be a creative problem solver, interactive team member, and a community advocate for individuals with mental illness. Key Duties:
- Complete 6 face-to-face employer contacts per week.
- Provide individualized job search and job follow along supports to adults with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
- Participate in the mental health treatment team meetings and work collaboratively with County staff.
- Document activities as notes, meeting Medical Assistance billable standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, psychology, social work, sociology, etc.
