- CNC Machinist – Responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of programming, blueprint reading, and machining processes. The CNC Machinist will work closely with engineers and production staff to ensure high-quality output while adhering to safety standards and lean manufacturing principles.
- Fabricator / Welder – Responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components according to specifications. A strong understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and adherence to safety standards is needed. Works with various materials, primarily sheet metal, and utilizes equipment such as cranes and rigs to complete projects efficiently.
- Metal Saw Operator – Responsible for operating various saws and cutting equipment to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, all within a 4 day work week (10 hour days).
